EN0A is IBM's PCIe3 16 Gb 2-port Fibre Channel Adapter (CCIN 577F). Listed for 8286-41A, 8286-42A, 8247-42L.
A two-port 16 Gb Fibre Channel card for the 4U Power S814 and S824 that connects to SAN storage.
REDP-5097 and REDP-5102 call it PCIe2 and list Linux only; the IBM adapter manual calls it PCIe3, and the IBM i support page later adds native IBM i support.
REDP-5102 also lists EN0A for the S822, where full height cards go in the PCIe Gen3 I/O drawer. Replaced on Power9 by EN2A.
Before you order EN0A
Fibre Channel cards connect the server to a storage network (SAN) or tape. Low profile cards fit the shorter 2U servers. Full height cards fit the taller 4U servers. If a card has a twin code, the twin is the same card in the other height.
