The high-end internal drive setup for the Power S814 and S824: 18 drive bays, an 8-bay SSD cage, a DVD bay and two mirrored RAID controllers with write cache.
The p8hcd PDF gives 2 GB real write cache (8 GB compressed); the current IBM Docs page for the same adapter gives 1.8 GB (7.2 GB compressed).
Uses one PCIe slot (slot P1-C11 hosts the external SAS ports), so the server has one fewer PCIe slot with EJ0P.
